Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all email and phone leads immediately
  • Qualify the leads based on needs
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Agent
  • Provide information and marketing material to prospects
  • Respond to the sales line and voicemail for leads
  • Work with the prospect to determine the best community and floor plan
  • Utilize lead-management software
  • Create and deliver ongoing email campaigns
  • Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
  • Maintain website content
  • Monitor third-party websites and online advertising
  • Continually research the competition and their online activities
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Customer focused and personable
  • Proven email and phone communication skills
  • Sales contact management database experience
  • Solid organizational, planning and managing skills
  • Maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well

Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to provide administrative sales support for our sales division.  This is a part time position that will require about 25-30 hours a week. Weekend availability is necessary and will consist of at least 3 weekends a month.

As a Sales Assistant at our model home/s, in a support capacity, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the New Home Specialists
  • Physically demonstrating model home to prospective customers.
  • Providing appropriate neighborhood and community information including schools, shopping, medical facilities, etc..
  • Assisting the Sales Team with prospecting and appointment-setting.
  • Ensure model homes are clean and presentable at all times for customers to review.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of sales materials is available, including brochures and pamphlets.
  • Copying and pickup of additional materials at Division Management office.

  • At least 1+ years of administrative/sales experience preferred but not required.

Sales Representative

In this role, you will assist in influencing the decision process and communicating value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis and model home demonstrations. You must be able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers as you build excitement for them, work through construction-related issues, and continually update them on the progress of their homes.

In addition to consultative selling, each Sales Representative will use their creative ability to initiate target marketing for their community through means such as direct mail, referral parties, grand opening celebrations and presentations.

As a Sales Consultant at our model home/s, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing cost-estimates
  • Presenting purchase agreements
  • Assisting your customers in matching the correct financing program to their needs
  • Demonstrating home sites/lots
  • Understanding and demonstrating blueprints/site plans
  • Maintaining the overall image of the community
  • Physically demonstrating model home to prospective customers.
  • Providing appropriate neighborhood and community information including schools, shopping, medical facilities, etc..
  • Ensure model homes are clean and presentable at all times for customers to review.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of sales materials is available, including brochures and pamphlets.
